Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Oregon Aesthetic System ("OAS"), operated by Oregon Health Limited, registered in Ireland. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OAS is provided on a monthly subscription basis at €50 per clinic per month, including three staff seats and two admin seats. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled from within the application.

You agree to use OAS in compliance with applicable law, including the GDPR and any applicable medical-records regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before recording personal or clinical data in OAS.

You retain ownership of all patient and clinical data you enter into OAS. Oregon Health processes this data on your behalf as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement available on request.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

You may cancel at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms, subject to your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
